There's always something to celebrate at our school! From exciting events to proud moments and everyday wins, here are some of our highlights.

A year at our school

Mini Woolies Launch

In Term 4, Week 2 we launched our school's Mini Woolies with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Our Mini Woolies is a simulated supermarket designed to provide a realistic and immersive learning environment for our students.

Camp Week

In Term 3, Week 7 our secondary students participated in Camp Week which included a variety of excursions and incursions such as: bowling at Chatswood; Gibberagong Environmental Day Camps at Bobbin Head and Kalkari; a visit to St Ives Regional Playground; a games, outdoor art and sensory Science exploration day; cooking pizzas to share and a Reptile incursion, where our students were very brave and met a variety of scaly friends.

Book Week

In Term 3, Week 5 we celebrated Book Week with a special Book Week Assembly. The students enjoyed dressing up as their favourite character. This years theme, “Read, Grow, Inspire” encourages us all to embrace the joy of reading.

NAIDOC Week

In Term 2, Week 9 we held a special school assembly to acknowledge NAIDOC Week. This year's theme was "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy".  NAIDOC Week is a time for all Australians to recognise and celebrate the histories, cultures, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Harmony Day & World Down Syndrome Day

In Term 1, Week 9 we celebrated Harmony Day and Down Syndrome Day, embracing inclusivity, diversity, and the joy of coming together as a community.  Teachers and students show their support by wearing crazy socks and lots of orange, which added colour and happiness. It was wonderful to see our students enjoying the celebration and expressing their enthusiasm through their colourful selections.
