External Service Providers

Externally funded health, disability and wellbeing service providers may seek to provide their services to students at our school during school hours. Access to our school by an externally funded provider is at the discretion of the executive team.

This information sheetgives parents and carers advice about seeking approval for the delivery of NDIS-funded services at school. It also summarises the matters the executive team will consider when deciding whether or not to accommodate an NDIS-funded service at school, and the ongoing responsibilities of parents and carers once the school has approved NDIS-funded services at the school.

Our school's decision to grant access to an externally funded service provider is on a case by case basis, reflecting the educational needs of the individual student and school operational requirements.

Requests need to be made by submitting a completed Parent Therapist Request form to the school. This form can also be founded on our school's School Bytes parent portal.
