With collaboration from all key stakeholders, an Individual Educational Plan is developed for each student in the primary years. From Year 7 this plan becomes an Individual Transition Plan as preliminary planning occurs to ensure a successful and productive transition into life after school.
All of Cromehurst's teachers are fully qualified and experienced. Each class teacher is supported by a trained school learning support officer (SLSO). Our teachers and SLSOs work together with a high degree of innovation to effectively teach not only your student but all students.
