As part of our PE program, all students participate in a fitness program every recess and lunchtime. This is a much enjoyed and beneficial activity for the student's physical development.
The primary school participate in a variety of physical activities such as dancing, group circle games, trampoline, obstacle courses, bike-riding, ball skills, chasing bubbles and therapy ball program. This is catering for there gross-motor development and their sensory needs.
In the secondary fitness program, we continue the development of skills such as dancing, bike and scooter riding and learning to play in a team sport such as basketball, cricket, volleyball and tee-ball. The students also enjoy aerobic exercises and therapy ball program which focuses on their cardio fitness.
These structured learning activities are an integral part of our daily program. These physical activities improve our student's wellbeing and focus on learning.
